When Ben got his first gaming console at the age of 10, the first thing he did was mostly ignore it and begin drawing down ideas for all the awesome games that popped into his head. After many years, little has changed and Flying Sheep's creative director still spends more time designing games than actually playing them.

Her jobs have shifted from cameraperson to foley artist for TV, though her most persistent role has always been dedicated to postproduction: editing and CGI. She graduated in Audiovisual Communication B.Soc.Sc. in 2015 at UPV (Spain) with her first video game concept, and is now writing her thesis on Game Development & Research M.A. at the CGL (Germany).
She likes to experiment with all kinds of media and truly believes in games as an art form, like cinema, theatre or literature. Hence they aswell deserve to be criticised, analysed and -of course- enjoyed.
Marina knew early on, that she's gonna work in a creative job. Not knowing for a while what exactly this job is gonna be, she finally found it in the games industry. She got inspired by fantasy worlds such as Final Fantasy and started creating her own because of it.
She finished her bachelor´s degree with the bachelor thesis about “Environmental Storytelling in the german game industry” at the SAE Institute in Cologne in the area of game art and 3D animation. Now she works as 3D Artist at Flying Sheep. This includes environmental asset creation (modeling, texturing) as well as character creation (concepting, modeling, texturing, rigging, animating).
Most of her childhood she owned neither a pc nor a console, so all she did was drawing (oh and playing games from her friends ;D). It developed to more than a hobby when she got her first own laptop and started working on commissions. She tried out different ways of being creative, like working at an art academy as well as teaching art. But ever since she started, she admired all the creative work behind videogames and dreamed of someday being able to create something other people would enjoy as much as she did.
Currently she´s studying Illustration and Graphic design at the KDA, cologne. As part of that she´s now a little 2D-Sheep at Flying Sheep.
Since he was a kid Jonas always liked special effects in movies and videogames in general. In school he started experimenting with vfx and 3d and got stuck to it. After school he started studying 3d game art at sae institute in cologne and after 2 ½ years of modeling trash cans and barrels (and some other stuff of course) he still thought 3d art was cool. He finished his bachelor degree and is now working at FlyingSheep studio as a 3d artist. Since that day he never stopped having fun working with 3d.
Lea designed her first games in elementary school when everybody was bored by hide and seek. Decades later she studied Game Design at the h-da in Darmstadt, while she never slept, drank gallons of coffee and mostly stayed in dark rooms, she was having the time of her life! She was convinced that working in the game industry was the right thing for her, thus after one semester abroad and finishing her Bachelor degree she moved to Bonn and gained 3 years of experience in an indie game studio. In 2017 she was curious for new adventures and found a cozy spot as a 2D Artist at flying-sheep studios.
